The caption was written most likely by a suburban person who drives the same car as everyone else, whose house can only be painted in 2 different color (or shades of the same). It used to be that "rebels" would cut their hair different in the 50's or grow it longer in the 60's or spike it or dye it in the 70's, mohawk in the 80's, not washed in the 90's all to get attention. Now kids are just having to show it in more extreme ways because their parents have already seen most everything. You think that this dude is fucked, just wait for another 20 years and he will look like the 50's greased back leather jacket wearing rebel. All we are doing is uping the ante.
