I guess you could say he is exhausted from trying to stop the car exhaust. 
You know how frustrated you get on your way to work when you start to see all those brake lights. I have to admit the though, even I have sometimes thought to myself “someone better have died for this one”. I know I’m going to hell! You can stop raising your hands in the air and saying “OMG!” I have to admit, even I would “rubber neck” this one. I wounder if it was hit by a car first or brought down the the lions in the street? I bet all the schools have fences around the playgrounds in this country.

This group of simple, possibly Canadian, country folk try to blow an engine in a Saturn but fail. In the meantime a family of mice try to evacuation from the devastation caused by this horrific event. Mouse cuteness starts at the 5 minute mark if you want to skip ahead.
